Change the month to look at a past or future draw. Special spots are real places that are just too pricey for a normal month — they sit out of the usual rotation until you ask for them.

Make the Discord poll
A Discord poll can't be made by pasting a block of text. Click the + next to the message box, choose Create Poll, and paste these into the matching fields one at a time. Set the duration yourself.
Discord caps answers at 55 characters and won't take links, which is why these are just the name and area.
Post this straight after
The addresses and map links that won't fit in the poll. Send it as a normal message so people can find the place.
Announce it
Once the vote closes. Pick the month and the winner and the three boxes below fill in. Nothing here is saved — writing it down happens on Record, after you've been.
Make a new Scheduled Event in Discord, set it to somewhere else / external, and paste these three into the matching boxes. You still have to set the date and time yourself — and check the winner is actually open that day.
The wording comes from eventDescriptionTemplate in
config.json — change it there if you want it to read differently.
Record it
After you've been — not when the vote closes. Record where you actually ate, even if that wasn't one of the candidates. This is the only thing keeping the cooldowns honest: an unrecorded month means the picker will happily send you back.
The note is just the third column of history.csv. Add one
later, or change your mind about it, by editing that file the same way.

Running locally, so there's no

yourself.
Add it as a new last line, then click the green Commit changes button. The site picks it up within a minute or two.
